Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations and payments made via App.highdiving.ch, operated by Infinite Drop High Diving, located at Aarestrasse 43D, Heimberg, Switzerland. By completing a registration and making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Cancellations by Participants

  • Cancellation request: Participants may cancel their registration by contacting us at info [@] highdiving.ch.
  • Refunds before registration deadline: If cancellation is requested before the official registration deadline for the competition, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds after registration deadline: After the registration deadline, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure (e.g. serious illness or injury, documented by a medical certificate). In such cases, Infinite Drop High Diving may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund.

3. Event Cancellation or Modification

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the paid participation fees. If the event is rescheduled, participants will be offered the choice between transferring their registration to the new date or receiving a full refund. Infinite Drop High Diving is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as travel or accommodation).

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used. Refunds will normally be completed within 10 business days of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Processing fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable.
