The Amsterdam High Diving Cup for high divers from all levels But in two different competitions.
- Pro's with 10 meter trampoline or just 10: 4 dives landing feet first in the water with High Diving DD and judges that judge the execution.
- Just not so pro without trampoline only from 5, 7 or 10: 3 dives landing feet first in the water working with judges that judge both dd and execution.
Heights
- 10 meter platform (fill in 12m in your dive list)
- 10 meter platform + mini-trampoline (fill in 15m in your dive list)
