Amsterdam High Diving Cup

The Amsterdam High Diving Cup for high divers from all levels but in three different competitions.

• Pro's: diving from 10 meter with or without mini trampoline, doing 4 dives landing feet first in the water with High Diving DD and judges that judge the execution.
• Easy going: without the trampoline but diving from 5, 7 or 10 meter, doing 3 dives landing feet first in the water working with judges that judge both dd and execution.
• Under 18: competition from 5, 7 or 10, divers need to do 3 dives landing feet first in the water, working with judges that judge both dd and execution
